This portal has been created on Service plus framework and means to change resident help conveyance in Haryana through complete digitization of over 380+ administrations. The vision for this portal is brought together stage to convey and follow Government-to-Citizen (G2C) administrations over the state. Hon'ble Chief Minister Haryana has dispatched 106 administrations of 12 divisions on the Good Governance day accessible to the residents of Haryana. Hon'ble Chief Minister Haryana has dispatched 181 Schemes of 14 divisions on the Ambedekar Jayanti accessible to the residents of Haryana On fourteenth April 2018.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Submitted applications will be processed only after successful transaction has been done with the payment gateway. In case of a failed transaction the user shall have no right to claim the amount However, cancellation/refund policy for a service will be governed solely on the basis of applicable rules and regulations of the service as defined by department/agency owning the service.

2. How to apply for services?
After logging in select apply for services and then on the screen select the department or scheme/service which you want to apply.
3. How to track application?
After submitting the application you will be getting an Application Reference ID which you can enter on the homepage to check the status of your application. Also SMS will be sent to you at each step of the application after submitting.
4. How do I know which form to fill?
Once you select the department or the service/schemes, post clicking on it you will be redirected to the form which can be filled by you in order to apply for the service.
5. When you forgot password, what you should do?
In case you do not remember your password please click on forgot password and enter your email id and an email will be sent to you for next steps.
6. Do I receive email or SMS on the application?
After each step you will sent an SMS and an E-Mail notifying you of the status and next steps that require any appointment or verification.
7. Can I save my application and submit after that?
Yes you can save the application in middle and you can see the application in the view incomplete applications and you can proceed from there.
8. How to apply online?
All the schemes/service will be available at District, Tehsil and sub division level at Antyodaya Kendra/SARAL Kendra/Antyodaya-Saral Kendra. Also these schemes/service will be available at CSC centres as well.
9. Is there any fee for making an appeal?
Presently, there are no fee for submitting an application under the HRTS Act.
