Tamil Nadu - Apply for Demarcation of Land

Procedure

Apply In-Person:

  1. The individual should visit The taluka workplace (within the world wherever the land is situated) and apply in-person.

  2. Link for contact: link for district within the given page please choose the name of the district to achieve individual district page. Here choose the link for the individual portal. within the district portal please choose “DIRECTORY >Contact Directory” or “ABOUT DISTRICT>ADMINISTRATIVE SETUP> Revenue Administration” choice for contact details.

  3. Go to the workplace. Collect the applying form/ write in an A4 paper as suggested by the authorities.

  4. Submit the finished application in conjunction with documents to the individual authority.

  5. On the receipt of the applying the involved official shall check the applying and if the applying meets demand the official involved shall register the applying within the register involved and place up a similar before the involved authority for acceptable order. (Please pay as authorities quote as per requirement)

  6. After the applying process by involved authority, he/she could pass order on a similar day or on successive operating days, directive the Revenue Inspector or alternative revenue officer or involved authority to demarcate once fixing a date and serving the notice in respect therefrom to any or all the tenure holders involved.

  7. This work shall be completed at intervals of 3 months from the date of order lapsed deciding authority.

  8. At the time of demarcation of the plot. The spot memoranda shall be ready by the Revenue Inspector or alternative revenue officer or involved authority and therefore the same shall be signed by all the parties involved and by the Chairman of the Land Management Committee and any 2 freelance witnesses gift at the time of the demarcation.

  9. If any party refuses to sign the spot memoranda, the endorsement to the impact shall be created by the involved authority gift there and therefore the more method are taken as per case to case

  10. The Revenue Inspector or alternative revenue officer or involved authority shall submit his report of demarcation with spot memoranda at intervals an amount of fifteen days from the date of demarcation.

Required Documents

  1. Application form as obtained from an individual workplace or written on a A4 paper.

  2. Affidavit / official stating that the individual is owner of the land

  3. Identity proof

  4. Address proof

  5. Land documents (should get attestation of all told copies from Gazette Officer.)

  6. Aadhaar Card

  7. Sketch map for the projected division as prescribed

  8. ID proof

  9. Original sale deed/gift partition deed

  10. Property title

  11. No Objection Certificate (NOC) of the village business person

  12. Certified survey map

  13. Records of Rights and occupancy Certificate (RTC)

  14. Certified copy of the Land judicature Order

  15. Certified copy of rights of occupancy

  16. Zonal certificate from Urban Development Authority

  17. Photocopy of the atlas of the land

  18. Photocopy of the revenue survey map of the village

  19. Copy of current R-o-R

  20. Any other documents as needed

  21. Up thus far land revenue receipt.

  22. Land or Plot range, space and bounds of the land

Eligibility

  1. You are eligible to use for Demarcation of land if you own a land in your name.

Fees

  1. Authorities can offer fee info.

Validity

  1. Demarcation is valid for the land until it's more divided or divided for the aim of sale / for the aim of partition.
