Uttar Pradesh - Apply for Demarcation of Land
The mortal needs to visit Sub-Divisional-Office and apply with Sub Divisional officials so as to use face to face.
Application shall be created to the Sub-Divisional-Officer
On the receipt of the applying the involved official shall check the applying and if the applying meets demand the official involved shall register the applying within the register involved and place up a similar before the Sub Divisional-Officer for acceptable order. (Please pay as authorities quote if required)
The Sub-Divisional-Officer shall pass order on a similar day or on following operating day, leading the Revenue Inspector or alternative revenue officer to demarcate once fixing a date and serving the notice in respect thence to all or any the tenure holders involved.
This work shall be completed among a amount of 1 month from the date of order elapsed Sub-Divisional-Officer.
At the time of demarcation of the plot the spot memorandum shall be ready by the Revenue Inspector or alternative revenue officer and also the same shall be signed by all the parties involved and by the Chairman of the Land Management Committee or any 2 freelance witnesses gift at the time of the demarcation.
If any party refuses to sign the spot memorandum, the endorsement to the impact shall be created by the R.I and also the more method are going to be taken as per case to case
The Revenue Inspector or alternative revenue officer shall submit his report of demarcation with spot memorandum among an amount of fifteen days from the date of demarcation.
If the report is confirmed by the Sub Divisional Officer, the boundary pillars shall be mounted consequently among an amount of 1 week
Copy of current R-o-R (in the shape of a Khatian or Parcha).
Any other documents pro re nata by the Collector.
Affidavit / notary public stating that the mortal is owner of the land
Land documents (should get attestation altogether copies from Gazette Officer)
Recent copy of kind F and Map
