Maharashtra Scholarship - An online application:
The Maharashtra Government also uses its online application site, which is a mahadbt scholarship portal where students can apply for multiple Maharashtra bursaries. What are the steps to follow to apply for bursaries through the mahadbt study site? The answer to this question is given below -
Step 1: Online Registration in Maha Dbt
Students are open to UID-based registrations and non-UID registrations.
UID-based registration for the Maharashtra Scholarship
Visit the mahadbt website for reading.
Click on "Registration for New Applications".
Click on "Yes" and enter your Aadhaar number to continue.
Verify your Aadhaar information via OTP (via a mobile phone number) or via Biometric (if the mobile number is not connected to Aadhaar)
Once, the details of Aadhaar are verified, complete all the required details on the registration form.
Create your login details (username and password)
Verify your email ID and mobile number via OTP to successfully register.
Keep all details and proceed.
UID unsupported registration
Visit the mahadbt website for reading.
Click on "Registration for New Applications".
Click on "No" and register using the Aadhaar registration ID or knowing the current status of your Aadhaar number.
Fill in all the required details.
Verify your email ID and mobile number via OTP to successfully register.
Create your login details (username and password)
Attach your photo as specified with other supporting documents (identity document, proof of address and birth certificate.
Click on "Register" to complete the registration.
Step 2: User Login
Once you have successfully registered, you can log in to the maha dbt scholarship portal by clicking on "login login".
Enter your registered username and password to sign in.

Step 3: Apply for a Maharashtra bursary through the user dashboard
When you have successfully logged in, you will be directed to the user dashboard.
Click on "Profile" to update your profile.
If your profile is 100% complete, you will receive a list of appropriate study programs.
Select the bursary you want to apply for.
Click the "Apply" button to continue with the scholarship application.

After the successful submission of the study program, candidates can check the status of their application by clicking on "App Schemes".
When your app is checked, it will appear under the heading "Under Scrutiny Applications".

Ans : The filled form is to be submitted by candidate to the Institute. The Institute shall inspect the application form and also fill the Para 21 regarding the Institute and send the application of all the candidates according to the Nodal Officer.
