Punjab Scholarship Documents Required:

There are several documents that a student should have when applying for the various types of courses available under the Punjab course. The documents required by a student for the requirements to apply for the Punjab Scholarship are as follows:

  • What is the last day to apply for the Punjab Scholarship 2021 online?

For such dates, please check the "Announcement" box on the home page. It is important to note that once after registering the student login id and password will only be valid for fifteen days when you have to apply for a scholarship. After 15 days if the student has not applied for a scholarship, his or her credentials will be not valid and he or she must re-register.

  • Do I have to complete an online application at the same time?

No, you can register by entering your basic information. The system will generate the applicant ID and password. Please enter the applicant ID and password. Later, you can fill out the online application to as many sittings as you wish, until you are satisfied that you have included all the desirable fields. The software provides storage space for your application. Once you have "locked" your application, you will not be able to edit further.

  • Can I edit the information that has already been saved and by what time?

You can edit the details you filled in, until "Lock and send the application online" to the Institution. If a student has incorrectly entered the following details, he or she may re-register:

  • Name of student

  • The Father's name

  • Mother's Name

  • Birthday

  • Religion

  • Class

For more information, the applicant can edit for any number of times. 

It is worth mentioning here that after a temporary rejection of a student's application by an institution, the student can edit his/her application details and re-apply. The student can change his or her bank account number and email address at any time from the options provided in his or her login.

  • What details do I need to complete in the application form registration details?

    • In the Registration Number column enter applicant’s Roll No in the Course / Branch registered.

    • In the Registration, Date column enter the Date of Admission for the First Year of your Registration

    • On the date of admission, the applicant for the Scholarship column, enter the date of admission / Readmission for the current year of your Course / Branch. (only in the case of first-year Students this date will be similar to the registration date)

  • How do I apply to the Institute?

After completing the last login and editing (if any), click the "Edit-Lock-Print" option, and then "Lock" to transfer the request to the Institute.
