Mukhya Mantri Chikitsa Sahayata Kosh

Mukhya Mantri Chikitsa Sahayata Kosh (MMCSK) has been set up to produce help for poor individuals of the State who are having serious ailments. The profit beneath KOSH is being provided since 20th October 2018.

The Kosh is additionally providing help for covering OPD expenses/ miscellaneous expenses. The beneficiary will take the treatment all told the govt. 

Hospitals in Himachal Pradesh, PGIMER Chandigarh, GMCH Sector-32, Chandigarh and AIIMS, national capital(NEW DELHI), and hospitals empanelled beneath varied Govt. insurance schemes running in Himachal Pradesh.

Financial help is being given to solely those persons having annual financial gain up to Rs. 1.50 lakh. The beneficiary will get a financial gain certificate from the competent authority at the time of submission of the application for help from Kosh. 

However, just in case of the following ailments, there's no demand for financial gain certificate:-

  • Cancer.

  • Renal transplantation.

  • Major heart surgeries.

  • ASD, VSD, Valve Replacement, Bypass Surgeries.

  • Major Spine Surgeries.

  • Major Brain Surgeries.

Following documents are needed to be created at the time of seeking help from Kosh:-

  1. Income Certificate.

  2. Treatment price Estimate from the involved hospital just in case the treatment has not been taken.

  3. Original verified bills from the involved doctor just in case the treatment has already been taken by the beneficiary.

  4. Ayushman Bharat/HIM CARE card (if available).

  5. Photo ID proof.

  6. Aadhar Card.

  7. Photocopy of Passbook indicating the checking account detail of beneficiary.

The beneficiary can submit the applying alongside documents mentioned above, to the workplace of the Hon’ble Chief Minister/Health Minister or the beneficiary will submit the applying to the Deputy Commissioner of the involved district directly or through the involved MLA. 

The Deputy Commissioner can additionally forward the application completed in all told respects to the workplace of Hon’ble Chief Minister/Health Minister.
