The Act came into effect on May 1, 2017 in all provinces of India to ensure the speedy resolution of disputes in the real estate sector. With this in mind, each country has created its own action, its own website and its own authorities that give consumers the opportunity to lodge complaints about any failure regarding the registered service or agency services. 

Procedure for lodging a complaint with RERA Uttarakhand

Below which must be followed when registering a complaint with the RERA Authority of Uttarakhand:

Step 1: Go to the Registration of Complaints section of the RERA Uttarakhand section through the website ( and select the option that you can complain about beforRERA or under a jurisdiction.

Step 2: The form can be submitted online, where various details need to be completed as a complaint column against whether the project is registered at RERA Uttarakhand or not.

Step 3: Details of the complainant, his address and contact number. it is the necessary forums that need to be properly filled.

Step 4: Details of the respondent, his address and details of the complaint stating the assistance requested from RERA there.

Step 5: After submitting the supporting documents, the person must make an online payment or bank account of Rs. 1000 / - and then announcing and confirming his approval should click on the submit button.

Step 6: Store the reference number for use in the future.
