Procedure for lodging a complaint with RERA Uttarakhand
Below which must be followed when registering a complaint with the RERA Authority of Uttarakhand:
Step 1: Go to the Registration of Complaints section of the RERA Uttarakhand section through the website (http://www.uhuda.org.in/real-estate-act/) and select the option that you can complain about beforRERA or under a jurisdiction.
Step 2: The form can be submitted online, where various details need to be completed as a complaint column against whether the project is registered at RERA Uttarakhand or not.
Step 3: Details of the complainant, his address and contact number. it is the necessary forums that need to be properly filled.
Step 4: Details of the respondent, his address and details of the complaint stating the assistance requested from RERA there.
Step 5: After submitting the supporting documents, the person must make an online payment or bank account of Rs. 1000 / - and then announcing and confirming his approval should click on the submit button.
Step 6: Store the reference number for use in the future.
